The Over 40’s 10-Week Challenge
Seven incredible people, all over the age of 40, took on the Joy Training 10-Week Shred Challenge – and every single one of them smashed it. Balancing busy careers, family life, and everyday pressures, they proved that age is no barrier to transformation.

Over the course of the programme, each participant dropped at least 10lbs, built strength, and completely reset their approach to health and fitness. But the real results went beyond the scales. The final photoshoot captured not just leaner, fitter bodies – but the confidence, pride, and happiness shining through every smile.
This challenge wasn’t about quick fixes. It was about proving that with focus, accountability, and the right support, you can achieve something extraordinary – no matter your age, your starting point, or your schedule.
